A system to archive journals permanently and securely use LOCKSS and CLOCKSS. This system is open source software that allows libraries to maintain selected Journal websites by collecting regular data backups of registered Journal websites for newly published content and archiving them. Each archive is continuously validated against other library Caches, and if content is found to be damaged or missing, other caches or journals are used to Re-Store it.
